Great for the price, about 80% squat protection
I'm ordering medium, I'm 5ft 2in, 125lbs and have a heavy butt. They fit great and are very comfortable. I will use them for running and wear them under my muay thai shorts when working out. They're not completely squat safe, but pretty close. I think they are meant to be worn under other training clothes/shorts. They rise on the hips when working but I really love them.
