Update 2: Wellax quickly shipped me a new mattress to replace the one that lost air. I'm happy to report that the new mattress is working perfectly! I've updated the review to 5 stars. Sure, it was a little extra hassle, but the company was very engaged and helpful in making me happy. Nicely done! I'll give an additional review after my trip to the Grand Canyon at the end of the month.Update: Wellax reached out to me to try to make me a "happy camper." Sorry, couldn't resist. They are sending me another pad. I'll give another update after I receive that one. But, right now I'm super impressed with the customer service and communication I've received from Wellax. I bumped the review to 4 stars pending receipt of the new pad.I bought two of these. One is great. It self inflates. It stays inflated. It supports me on both my back and sides. I slept through the night on it.The other one, however, is a dud. I can't hear any air rushing out of it. But, it instantly begins to deflate as soon as I lay on it. I'm 6'3" and 185. It should be easy for me. But, it goes flat. After I lay on it for a few minutes (and feel myself sinking while I'm on it), I open the valve and air rushes back into it.The bad news is that I wanted to just return the one pad and buy another one to replace it, but ebay says they're unavailable and not sure if they'll be back in stock. Sigh.So, I'm being optimistic that Wellax will make it right. But, for now, I'm on the fence about a recommend. And, I'd give it 2.5 stars.
