I made my first pizza using the 12" round parchment paper right on the 12"x14" pizza peel. Just spread some cornmeal on the parchment paper and then add the pizza dough onto it - continue to finish adding the toppings on the pizza dough. It was so easy to transfer the pizza (no spilling) from the pizza peel onto a 13" hot pizza stone. The parchment paper did not even burned or browned at 500 degrees. Cooked the pizza for 10 minutes and it came out perfectly. So easy to transfer the pizza by slipping the parchment paper off onto a pizza pan. The parchment paper is in high quality and no cutting at all! Thank you.
