I like how easy it is for my team members to use this product in their current jobs, as well as when using during business trips or at home offsite events! The customer service has been great so far too! It's not always immediately clear what features are included once you purchase; but after about an hour of research there was nothing we didn't understand. My clients have used many forms over time- from email lists through our internal sales force management tool (also managed by Pardot) all the way up to our CRM system here at work. We've had problems sending emails directly into Salesforce since they're separate apps - Bulkpush solves that problem along with providing us realtime analytics via Dashboards for those reports within SFDC which were unavailable otherwise.
