Review on 🔌 Apple 30-pin to USB Connector Cable by Lawrence Crespo

Official/OEM product that looks and feels great. I bought this to replace what appeared to be a non-OEM cable that came with the purchase of an iPod Classic (7. My immediate reaction upon opening the box and plugging it in was one of the disappointments. Connected to my Anker 5-port wall charger , there was no sign of it charging. I realized I had a bad connection and tried to disconnect and reconnect. Nada. Frustrated, I went to my box of old chargers that everyone has and pulled out my old original iPad charger. No joy. After some searching I found an old iPhone 4 charger and tried the cable again. SUCCESS! Charges quickly and without problems. I don't know if this is due to the charging circuitry of my iPod or some sort of built in protection but it seems that using a higher output charger resulted in the ipod not charging and as soon as I connected a suitable charger ursp sufficient power, the problem was solved by itself. TL; DR - The cable works great, but if you're having trouble, you might want to check the charger's compatibility with older devices like the iPod Classic.
