My usage was a little off label. Instead of mounting the device vertically on the wall, I used it to mount the device horizontally under the table. For that it worked great. A few notes: * There are only two holes for attaching the bracket to the wall/table/thing. It worked fine for me, the hardware I assembled only weighed about 15 pounds. If you're mounting something heavier, you can drill a few extra holes. * Mounts that come with the kit: weird. I don't really know how they're supposed to work. Plan on buying your own to attach to the item you are attaching it to. It has a flat cylindrical head, fine threads and a sharp point at the end of the screw. Easy and cheap at your local hardware store.* This thing comes with what are called cage nuts. On the contrary, it doesn't refer to the reproductive organs of a particular actor who is always problem solving; That means the thread you mount into is contained within a small nut that snaps into the mount. That's really a good thing. If you end up stripping the threads, you can easily replace the captive nut and not have to throw everything in the trash. Eco-friendly living, buy for life etc. The design is very well made and finished. No sharp edges, thick paint, maybe even a powder coating. It comes with a set of rack screws that match the cage nuts. I think I'll order another one just to have on hand, it's so useful.
