Overall happy and pleased using Vino Software

The platform offers great features such as inventory management that helps us keep track of our wine club memberships easily! It also allows me access from anywhere in order not have worry about being at my desk when I need an update done (e-mail notifications).
There isn't much dislike besides some minor bugs but they do seem resolved now so no complaints there either :D Great product overall with very good customer service/support if needed!! Very satisfied thus far - would highly recommend this system over others out their due its ease useability & price point compared other systems available currently.

Pros

Ease for staff to utilize, manage data.
Customer support is quick responding too problems quickly via email or phone call which help tremendously during busy times like Black Friday sales season where we get thousands ordering daily; ) Easy upload process into database without technical knowledge required unlike many software's you'd be able experience today..:) Not having any problem whatsoever since implementation 2 years ago !
