Works great - just what I needed for my Xbox One controller. I have stick drift and it's a bigger problem than just sticks, but replacing it actually helped a bit. They feel really good, almost exactly like the ones that were made. No problems and it was very easy to take apart and install the controller. Just upload some videos to youtube and see what works for you what I did.
