My camera works well and has a nice follow function. A few things to note: This applies to more Windows applications, so Mac features are more limited. There's a good set of advanced features for Windows users, while the basics are available for Mac. I spoke to the company about this and it seemed like they weren't planning an update for additional Mac features. The camera has good image quality. The gimbal moves smoothly with good pan and tilt capabilities. As for the zoom features it's nice, I've found myself using more apps for this to provide more customizable controls. You can raise your hand and draw an "L" to zoom in, but be careful when on the phone with others. I had a stop to ask if I had a question as it seemed like I was going to put my hand up. Then there was another call when a person called me thinking I was calling someone a loser. About 4 years ago I tested a similar camera with the same features and stopped using it because people misunderstood the sign for the zoom function. I'm using a Mac, so advanced features are limited. I also thought a bit about redesigning the zoom icon so people don't get confused or offended.
