I really needed a durable baking brush that could be washed in the dishwasher. While I love traditional brushes, they are too difficult to clean. I needed a replacement for my pastry brush that was dishwasher safe and could be taken apart to clean, but due to the way it was shaped, there was excess plastic on the bristles and black mold was starting to attach. These brushes have round bristles and the brush is in one piece. The dishwasher is nice and holds oil well.
