They are well suited for the two front wheels of a light welding trolley. I opted for large fixed wheels on the rear axle where the two tanks are located. Now I have two left for another project in the future. The locks still work well and I had no issues with the wheel or pivot bearings. I've only been using them for about a month but they seem to be well made and should hold up well. EQUIPMENT NOT INCLUDED. Still worth buying.

Pros

With parking brake: Each wheel has a separate brake. The brake simultaneously locks the wheel and swivel, effectively stopping and preventing the device from moving and hurting others.
