One star is not enough for this product. Both charged. One would not fully charge and sounded weak when in use. Both could not grind anything, especially in fine mode. When finely ground, large chunks of pepper pop out. One of them didn't turn off after starting, so I had to run it for 2 hours to drain the battery for it to stop. The other then started working on its own after the move, so I sent both of them back. It kept ending up in the box while I took it to Kolya to return it. From now on I will only buy cordless grinders as before.
