Comes with charging cable but no adapter. This works very well for my Apple Watch and iPhone 8 Plus. However, despite several attempts, the iPhone 11 does not seem to charge. However, the 8 plus has a magnet on the back and the magnet doesn't interfere with charging. To charge the earbuds, you need to remove the case cover to access the charging contacts. But you can also charge your headphones wirelessly. I also love how my Apple Watch changes the screen to look like an alarm clock when charging from this device. Overall, I like how convenient it is. I don't have to worry or struggle to find a phone line at night when it's dark and I'm exhausted. I just put it on the table and it lights up indicating it's charging.
