My hair is quite thick, waist length and a bit coarse. It's a bit damaged from missing a haircut, bathing, occasional heat styling, and I color it once a year. I need to use a lot of conditioner (as does my long haired husband) so regular conditioner should be readily available. This surprisingly inexpensive conditioner was the only conditioner I've consistently had good results with and tried salon brands. Moisturizes without feeling greasy or heavy. The scent is good, although I find it barely noticeable after a shower, which isn't a bad thing, especially when my husband uses it and doesn't want the floral shampoo to mix with his cologne. My only criticism of the bottle design is that I don't think the different shapes of the conditioner and shampoo are enough to tell them apart. I once rushed to get a shampoo from the store and was so sad when I realized it in the shower!
