For use in my food dehydrator. It's a fairly fine mesh which I like and prefer silicone mesh as it dries things more evenly and faster. However, they are VERY light/thin, flimsy silicone. That means if you try to move them when there's no stand or tray underneath, your food will be spilled all over the place. Eventually, they discolor slightly, which isn't a big deal to me, but maybe to you. I will continue to use them as they work well as long as I'm careful with them. and I'm cheap and won't spend $40 on dried leaves.
