Review on Insight Alpha by Brandon Vox

We had no idea what kind of work we would get when we hired them. But they came up with some creative ideas and actually did exactly what we asked. It was fun working with them. A big plus for us is the flexibility and willingness to change direction if something isn’t working. We have gotten feedback about how we could improve the service, and we will definitely look into that. Overall, we’re happy with the work and the people we worked with. They made suggestions like "change this line here” or "make sure you do X instead of Y” - which were great additions to the project! Also, the person who wrote most of the code has been very helpful at answering questions about how things should be done and even suggesting solutions to problems. And lastly, there hasn't been any downtime from the site since we've used it. All in all, I think they're doing a good job.
