I recently bought something from SUNNYBUY, an online retailer of women's apparel, shoes, and jewelry that also sells a variety of maternity items. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with SUNNYBUY. The website was simple to use, however I didn't think the product descriptions were very thorough. I was let down by the products' lower-than-expected quality given their pricing when I received them. Additionally difficult was the checkout process, which had a stingy delivery price and few payment options. When I contacted the customer service staff for help, I discovered that they responded slowly and ineffectively, which made me angry and unsatisfied with my purchase. Overall, I did not have a good experience with SUNNYBUY, and based on my own experience, I am unable to recommend this website.
