Netgear support advised me to go back to Revain. The device has been returned to Revain for a refund. The reason for contacting support was to restart the device, first once or twice a day and then every ten minutes. Wi-Fi stopped working. Orbi only writes to memory, so the reason for the reboot could not be determined. Netgear support was friendly, but I intentionally omit the word "technology" from the description. When it worked it was great, the Orbi was fast WiFi with a feature set and above average security.
