Came and doesn't work.
I love the design of this watch but unfortunately it was not working when it arrived. I tried requesting a new one as I wasn't sure what was wrong with it but my only option was to send it back for a refund. I didn't want a refund as I still wanted the watch. After taking it to the jeweler I was told the battery was dead so I had to pay for a replacement and for the service provided. A bit disappointing for an expensive watch and a reputable brand.
