Fantastic value & awesome customer service
I love how easy it was to get set up, especially when using my own domain name! The price point is very affordable - great for startups or people who are looking to test out hosting without having to spend $100+. While WPX has been very helpful, they haven't been as responsive as I would like at times. It's definitely still possible to pick up on delays in communication during busy hours but the whole team is always available via TeamViewer if you need them. I think the benefit of being able to host your own domain name is a huge perk. We're saving sooo much money on traditional shared hosting plans and we've cut down on the number of plugins we require by using WordPress.
