Used in the pool for the first time and immediately noticed there was precipitation in the case. This prevented you from seeing the phone's screen or using any features. Still, I took it to the pool, sitting on a float, where there was maybe an inch of water in the float. Went to check the time and grabbed the case and the inch of water it was in (only the bottom part, no way to check the real black clasp) was also in the case. It seems there might be a hole at the bottom of the bag? This is a product that really shouldn't have holes in it. The phone was fine but I wouldn't risk it and certainly wouldn't use it fully submerged in water.
