The Do Over , First I would like to say hello to Ken from GoNovate and thank him for sending me another G10 to replace the first one I bought. As soon as he found out that I wasn't 100% satisfied, he contacted me and sent me a new one. I have never had a salesperson do this and I think that speaks volumes for this company and their desire to please their customer base. . About the G10: Wonderful, wonderful device and in my opinion the best on the market today. The comfort is amazing, it surpasses my wired Bose headphones in comfort. The Bose hurt really bad and cost $129. waste of time. I warmly recommend the G10 to people who love music, e-books, movies, etc. Special Note: The company I work for has an internal office website that we use to exchange, exchange, sell and share information about products with other employees.
