The quality of the food slicer is normal. It is easy to use and clean. The blade is sharp and the flesh cut is thin, even if I do my part. I can buy a good piece of meat and cut it myself. It's clean and affordable. Raw meat is usually the most difficult to cut, but the thinnest that can be cut is around 2mm. When I tried it on raw beef it exceeded all my expectations. It is a good choice to cut raw meat when you eat hot at home. It is very easy to use and requires almost no training to work with; in particular, I have already done some research on similar products. I have to be extra careful if I don't want to put my fingers in it. If there is very little meat, I have to use an automatic feeder instead of my hand. That's all I need to know. The real key is purification. This unit is easier to clean than any commercial unit I have ever used. It can take 5 to 10 minutes to clean, 15 minutes to wipe or air dry, and a little more time to reassemble and re-lubricate. After all that, I can put it back in my bag or box and that's it.
