The tools themselves looked and felt good. The metal parts are of good thickness and the wood has a nice finish. However, there were scratches here and there on the metal parts and one or two rivets were not flush. The brush comes with two interchangeable heads, which feels very comfortable. But the case. simply embarrassing quality. Large parts of the seams are unbuttoned in several places, the glued parts are also coming apart. It's not leather, it's faux leather of terrible quality. Mine looked like it was made from two different batches; Some of the skins had a very shiny plastic appearance, while other skins had a matte, dusty finish. The case was so bad that I will think twice before buying Cuisinart products in the future. I have returned the item.
