They made sure all my questions were answered in regards to our business, which included risk management insurance policies we did not know about or understand! There isn't much I dislike other than they don’t offer credit cards for small businesses anymore as of late so that was disappointing but overall it wasn;' really an issue because everything else is great.

We needed someone who could help us get educated regarding what options are available at this point with respect to insuring ourselves against financial risks (i believe their main focus). This has been very helpful!!
