I remember having a toy hammock as a kid and it is very similar to mine. I decided to purchase for my daughters whose stuffed animal collections have grown to an incredible size. These hammocks protect the floor from clutter, so I'm much less likely to step on the popular mouse or bear character and slide down the stairs to my doom. The design of the hammock allows my girls to toss animals in, which helps me teach them how to clean themselves. The same goes for easy-to-use clips on a toy chain when hung within reach. I've found that you can buy strong adhesive hooks if you don't want to use the included anchors and in the meantime they work just as well for securing the hammock to the wall. However, if you have very dense, heavy animals or toys, you may feel better using anchors to be safe. This is a solid product and we get a lot of value from both the hammock and the toy chain!
