I am very pleased with this knife set. Out of the box they were razor sharp. They have held their edge extremely well. They have a nice balance and fit my large hand well.Like any quality knife, how you care for it results in how well it lasts and maintains its edge. I only hand wash my knives and quickly dry them not allowing moisture to stay on the blades. A light wipe with oil every now and then doesn’t hurt either.I like these knives so much I purchased two more sets for my son and a friend. They too have loved them.
