Last year I got a Kickstarter watch from ZeTime/MyKronoz. I found the watch to be pretty decent and was looking forward to the smartwatch/Fitbit capability it could afford. Unfortunately, the watch is simply of poor quality. The screen is awkward to use, the hands don't tell the exact time, and the rest of the "apps" on the watch are just... well, unnecessary and... what's the point of that? The last straw for me was that the "update" came via email and notification. That should have made the watch better. Well, my watch didn't accept the update. I've lost the ability to sync everything on my watch to my iPhone or iPad via a dedicated app! Then I lost an hour every day. SO I had to try and re-sync my watch, sometimes twice a day. Well, what's the point in this case? So I submitted a request for technical support and the company couldn't help me. It was specifically stated that they could not repair my watch. So I asked if I could send them back, they kindly replied that "there aren't any facilities near me or anywhere else they could send my ZeTime watch to." lol. So let me be blunt: the company that made the watch doesn't even want to return their own product? The clock is slow, inaccurate and clumsy. It has a great feature that allows you to change or even customize your own watch face, but that's about it. Overall the watch is a sad and very disappointing product and in my experience the company is a scam. Do you need a watch? Buy a Casio G-Shock and be satisfied with its performance. Need a smart watch? Probably buy iWatch. But this product didn't even deserve the star I had to give to write this review. ZeTime/MyKronoz is a joke.
