When the package arrived I was surprised to find the cotton pads were only in a 'pouch'. It was closed and not sealed. It felt like someone grabbed a handful of cotton pads and put them in a pocket. I would expect factory sealed packaging as it will be used for the eyes. I went and bought my own. Otherwise the product works great.
