I used this keyboard for about 15-20 days before the F key worked every time I pressed the keyboard. I'm not sure what caused it, but nothing happened. spilled onto the keyboard or otherwise conflicted with the key. I even pulled out the F key and it still fired every 2-5 characters I typed - sometimes it fired out like 20 Fs in a row. The keyboard's RGB backlighting was very good, and you could set it as dark or bright as you wanted. I really liked this keyboard but unfortunately had to return it. Before returning I contacted the support team on the RedDragon website and they told me that this was not their problem and that I should contact Revain. Thanks I think It took 2 days for them to reply. Value for money is good, but after about 20 days I could no longer use the keyboard. My 12 year old universal keyboard has never had any problems and it's disappointing that the new keyboard has this. I decided to go with another brand as a replacement - mainly because the customer service on the website told me to more or less "walk away" rather than even suggesting a way to fix or fix the problem.
