Doesn't give off enough heat for chickens
They work great in a standard heat lamp and I can try them with my gecko which normally has a 75w blue light but they don't give off enough heat for my new chickens away . I have a 100 watt incandescent bulb that puts out significantly more heat, but I don't want the chicks glowing at a full 100 watts all night. I will have to find another solution.
