Best magnetic refill! I have tried many and all have failed! Even the glamorous eyeliner failed! And this eyeliner is 38+. I recommend this one! For the people who said it didn't work, there must be a defect or they didn't read the instructions carefully. You need to apply two layers of this eyeliner and on the second layer, before it dries completely, put on your magnetic eyelashes. Eyeliner lasts all day! He stayed with me day and night and never moved from his seat. Eyeliner is very easy to remove with warm soapy water or any makeup remover. It doesn't stick like most other magnetic eyeliners!
