All the other reviews said they run small but for my skinny kid they were big. She is 2 years old and usually wears 2T/3T clothes. I argued between 3T and very large but settled on the weight. It fit well except around her legs. It's always been tall and thin, 90% and 10% respectively, so I ended up buying a big one to make sure everything (um) stays in. Once we found the right size, we tried them out in swimming lessons. They worked great! They fit very well and as soon as I put them on she peed. With 15 minutes left until class, I decided to see how they held up - they were doing great! Haven't had #2 yet but I'm sure it will hold up as it fits snugly around her legs.
