Review on Sony XB950B1 Extra Bass Wireless Headphones: Enhanced Sound and App Control in Sleek Black Design by Elang ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not my best purchase, you could have found something else.

When I purchased these ears (a little over 2 years ago), there were almost no competitors with bluetooth in this price category (I took it for 7,000), and I was always unlucky with wires. I took advantage of the fact that there were almost no competitors with bluetooth in this price category. After giving the sound, which I found to be rather enjoyable, some consideration, I decided to go ahead and take it. When it comes to technology, I normally have good success, and for the past almost two years, I have not had any issues with my headphones despite wearing them consistently for between two and five hours each day while traveling and working. After that, the first cup that was attached to the earpiece detached itself. When I disassembled it and examined the mount, I felt really disheartened since I could not understand how this mechanism could have survived for such a long time without breaking sooner. I was able to discover that the service does not perform this function. There are no spare components of this kind available. Epoxy was the only thing that could save it because not even the Chinese make a headband for this model. However, the joy was short-lived because a month later, the other ear detached in the same way. The epoxy was able to save him as well) One month later, the ear pads broke, and then one week later, the headphones stopped charging and turning on at all. I have high hopes that it will be able to offer a ride to revive, and it is highly likely that the problem is with the charging port; nevertheless, in the event that it is unable to do so, I will not purchase the exact same model. (By the way, the cable is necessary for the operation of everything.) The hands of whoever came up with such a design need to be smacked for their poor work. Although I am aware that the age of consumerism and the avarice of corporations is contributing to the accelerating rate of technological obsolescence, I do not believe this to be the case.

Pros
  • Sound (especially bass), design, nfc connection, and battery life that are all satisfactory.
Cons
  • terrible workmanship and material standard
