I've been using the wobble cushion for a few weeks now and I love it. My Chiropractor has been telling one of the causes of my low back pain is sitting for hours at a time without moving. I tried to get up and move more. I even set a alarm to remind me, but I'd ignore it due to my intense focus on whatever I was doing. I tried sitting on one of the big exercise balls, but I'd wedge myself into an even work position. With this cushion I can focus and rock my hips in various directions and it's kind of fun. The spikes can get a bit uncomfortable after a while and I'll stand up which is the very reason those spikes are there.
