I really like this portion control kit. I was looking for a way to grab lunch without going over the recommended portions. The color coding on it makes it easy to stay organized and follow a plan. I had no problems with the lids. They were easy to remove but strong enough to hold food. I've seen a few mention they're smaller than you might think. I have to admit, for some reason I thought they were bigger, but that completely defeats the purpose of containers. Their size corresponds to the recommended servings of each food group. I've included a picture of the iPhone charger to show size comparison. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants portion control. These containers really show how much I'm overeating.
