Samsung's approach to business is absolutely formal. Not being an engineer, even I understand that the problem here is not in the cameras, but in the electronics-firmware, the problem is hardware, software. The most important thing: the Samsung service saw the problem with the phone, confirmed it, found an additional problem (in the 3x camera) and . returned the device to me in the same condition as before the repair! This speaks of the monstrous incompetence and unprofessionalism of the samsung service. And the option of resolving the issue with unfulfilled repairs, proposed in the Samsung call center (or rather, the lack of options) - speaks of the monstrously poor customer focus of Samsung itself. I am very disappointed with Samsung and would not recommend it to anyone. God forbid such quality and service. Apparently the company is well-known, promoted, it has enough customers so much, my little anti-advertising will not make any difference. Very impressed with the approach.
