Uneven Application good for me
I wanted to love this! I am a huge fan of this brand and a huge fan of cream eyeshadows. That said, this eyeshadow was a disappointment. The application was very uneven and blotchy. It took a little longer to apply than normal. I would stick with Hourglass or Rowen cream shadows.
