I don't know about 75 lbs. The wheels drag a little as it is. I cannot imagine it would move easily carrying 75 lbs.No tools assembly. But there is one part that comes attached to the legs which I didn't notice right away and thought were missing. When I found them it went together quickly. But not a tight fit. I lifted it up to put the wheels on and it fell apart, You could use glue at the articulation points and it would hold.If you are looking for a quality item, keep looking. If you just want something for a couple of years, go for it.
