Easy to apply and fun to use
I think my clients will have fun with this pigment. I used a gel basecoat. Lightly applied the pigment with an eyeshadow applicator . I then lightly brushed the excess with a soft brush and then applied a generous floating bead of gel topcoat . It easily changes color with heat.
