Great little vacuum that stopped working after exactly a week

There are many good things I could say about this vacuum but I will keep it until/unless the seller gets in touch me. My device has been repaired and the battery may be empty? Or maybe even worse. Stopped working twice, first time solved the problem, next time it died after 3 uses. I've already called Dyson but it really must be the seller to help. Even if the product is refurbished, it must not have a non-rechargeable battery or worse. I'm happy to change my rating if the seller is willing to help without wasting time returning a great vacuum.
