My cat quickly figured out how to get food! This is a wonderful addition to my cat "enrichment" work. At first she was grumpy, just sitting and staring at the feeder, but soon she realized that she had to do something to get that food. At first she used a lot of her claws, getting caught in the holes in the levels and knocking the feeder over, so I had to put one side of the base under the edge of the wagon so she couldn't get it out, but now she doesn't need to be secured. since she barely clings to him anymore. I love watching her determine what level to work on to make the food fall down, a cute little riddle to get her thinking a bit. The feeder was easy to assemble and easy to disassemble for cleaning. The only thing that would make it 100% great would be if the base was weighted so it wouldn't tip over if it got caught in the hole, but other than that I'm totally happy with this purchase!
