I never thought that I would write a negative review for amazon. But here a huge claim is not even to amazon themselves, but to the manufacturer of this unfortunate unit. I take! as always, on the level, smart girls - they brought everything on time, they even postponed the delivery without questions on the day I needed. I received the goods, thanked and said goodbye to the courier and went to check the device. It was important for me to check it in advance, because. it was a birthday present for my mother, which I was supposed to give in the evening. After opening the box, plugging the device into a socket and pressing the "switch" on (all according to the instructions), I found that the device does not turn on from the word "completely". I thought that the problem was in the outlet, I went to check the mager in different outlets, but no, after all, the problem is in the device itself. After that, I began to examine the device (I enclose all the photos, see for yourself) - the wire was very strangely bent at the base, and there were several damages on it, then there were scratches on the case, as if it had already been used, the remote control was made simply "for off" ( in fact, it didn’t work either), the batteries that came with it were from some unknown manufacturer (I inserted my normal ones, but the remote control didn’t work). BUT! the wire plug itself became the icing on the cake (look at the photo - how do you like it? one is lower than the other! cl! ). I re-read the instructions again, I realized that I was doing everything right. I did all the steps again, but the situation has not changed - the device is defective. The amazon customer service girl explained everything how to return the goods (but this is also not fast, you have to wait quite a long time, which is very frustrating). But the mood is spoiled for the whole day, the gift was not given . IF YOU READ TILL THIS MOMENT, I really want to advise you not to buy this product in any case! And I would advise amazon to choose partners more carefully.
