Review on Cyber Acoustics 3.5mm Stereo Headset: Noise Cancelling Headphones & Mic for PCs, Tablets, Cell Phones - Perfect for Office, Classroom, and Home Use (AC-4000) by Will Powers

This headset has worked great for me for about 3 weeks (used the headset about 1-2 hours a day for conference calls). The quality was great, the noise around me was kept to a minimum and they were comfortable to wear. However, last week the left side started glittering, so the quality is patchy now (when both sides work) or I can only hear from one side. Too bad because the headset was really helpful for my calls. UPDATE: I was desperate for a headset during a call so I used the headset again (expected only one side to work - desperate again). Surprisingly, they work perfectly again. I've been using it for about four weeks with no problems. When I updated this review I found that support had contacted me (I must have missed the email) but I didn't need to replace it. Many Thanks.
