Probably the best ready-to-drink protein drink you can buy, but Dark Chocolate Royale is the best in my opinion! I just wanted to try this flavor so I can use it instead of chocolate at night. After trying this flavor and the usual taste of milk chocolate, I'm still an ardent fan of royal dark chocolate. However, as I mentioned in one of my previous reviews, consuming more than 2 drinks can cause constipation due to the ingredient which is a thickener and is widely used in RTD protein drinks. By the way, this is the best protein drink for diabetics because it has the right fat content that keeps the surge in insulin levels that increase when you consume a low-fat protein drink. If you want a good low-fat protein drink, I recommend Premier Protein in Chocolate, which I think tastes the best.
