Some kind of defective product, I definitely wont buy it anymore.

A HUGE REQUEST TO THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE: do not write under my review, they say, "we are very sorry, the watch is good, contact technical support." Your desire to somehow save the situation, to loosen up so that sales do not fall to zero - is clear. But such comments, under the reviews of disappointed customers, sound like a mockery and nothing more. I don't recommend the watch. If you are considering options - look at the previous 4G or 3G model, at least there is more or less sound.

Pros
  • - Design - Large user-friendly screen - Image quality - An attempt to embed convenient interesting software But everything is covered with minuses. I do not recommend buying.
Cons
  • - A large percentage of marriage, just gigantic. This is terrible, given that most often this gadget is bought as a gift to a child. How do you sleep soundly knowing how much money you have made from disappointing children and their parents? Selling on the brink of fraud. - I was lucky with the strap (so far), although the first time I tried to buy a watch, I had to immediately issue a return, the strap began to unravel already when viewed in the store. The second watch seems to hold on for now, but I'm not sure that it will last long. The node is not well thought out. - Sound ! Where is the sound ? What is the use of dynamics, conversations, Alice, Radio and the player if the audibility is close to zero? We buy not the first children's watch, including Elari, but this particular model has problems with the loudspeaker volume just beyond. And there is no need to write it off for a rare marriage, I re-read a bunch of reviews, technical support answers, the conclusion is that this is a problem of a specific model and it is not treated programmatically. Contact technical support, go to the service, waste time and money - everything is empty. If the problem is not solved remotely, then they will no longer help you, they will exhaust your nerves until you spit. - Connection. All previous models stably kept in touch in the same room (kindergarten, city of a million people, not the outskirts). The same operator, the same tariff. These hours - they went into the kindergarten - everything is like in a bunker. Until it comes out - the clock is not in touch. - Small shoals in the software, and in the clock and in the application, but not up to them.
