I used this to protect my sneakers on the go. It was very easy to use. The heat from my hair dryer worked great! I only have plus or minus 30 plus pairs of sneakers, I protected the ones that had the shrink material left. When I wanted to unpack some of my sneakers, the plastic came loose. Sneakers sat in my suitcase for about two months. So I can't say exactly how long it wears off once sealed. Definitely worth the money.
