I bought these gloves for my 10 year old nephew who is a big fan of Nike products. I have to say that these Nike Boys Youth Microfleece Touchscreen Anthracite/Black OS 9A2420-GK9 Gloves look cool and well made. The microfleece material feels comfortable and warms your hands. Silicone patterns on the palms and fingers ensure a good grip. The real highlight of these gloves, however, is the touchscreen technology that allows children to use their phones or tablets without having to remove the gloves. This is a huge plus for tech-savvy kids who don't want to ruin their gloves or risk freezing their hands in cold weather. However, these gloves also have disadvantages. First, they are small. I ordered an OS size which should fit most youth sizes but they were too tight for my nephew. Second, the touchscreen experience isn't as smooth and responsive as we'd expect. My nephew had to tap a few times for his phone to recognize the touch. Overall I'd give these Nike boys gloves 3 stars out of 5. They're nice and warm and have a useful feature, but the size and touchscreen performance could use some improvement. If you buy these gloves, make sure they're oversized and don't expect smooth touchscreen interaction.
