Works well for me. for my opinion

I use two headphones , one when gaming etc and one when practicing/making music and this helps me keep them from laying around and cluttering up my desk.

Pros

Under desk clamp ensures stability and saves desk space

Cons

Could be difficult to balance or adjust arms evenly
