Review on Minka Aire F624-ABD Roto XL 62-inch 3-Blade Ceiling Fan - Brushed Aluminum Finish with Silver Blades by Lisa Walker

I didn't have high hopes for this because we tried a few fan versions before coming here. This fan is QUIET, ELEGANT and EASY TO INSTALL. We were concerned that the blades would "dangle" from what we could see in the photo, but were pleasantly surprised to find they were stiff and flush with the rotor block. We liked that it is a very EASY to control device - no BS-HF receiver to hide in the ceiling, no 8-12 wires, just 2 connections on the ceiling and 2 on the wall. One star off ONLY for the ugly and very cheap wall controller. No need for the "minkaAire" branding. I believe other simple wall controls will work with this fan and we will be replacing the factory wall control. The fan itself is 5+/5!
